Len Roberts was born at Corrigin and raised at Harvey, Western Australia. He attended St Louis School, Claremont.. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia and was admitted as a practitioner of the Supreme Court in that State.
Len worked for the Commonwealth Crown Solicitor. Appointed a Stipendiary Magistrate in the State jurisdiction he was located at various country towns and in the City courts. After 23 years he retired in 2004.
He sees the need to advance the careers young Catholic Australians by providing financial assistance to needy students to pay either their institutional fees or accommodation costs and help relieve part of their financial stress.
In 2015 he was part of the team that established the Charity and was elected chairman of the Board when the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission approved its operation Australia wide in 2016.
